When you move into a new home or office, there are a few essential steps to take to ensure your energy supply is set up properly:

  • Provide Your Meter Readings: Share your initial meter readings to avoid estimated billing.
  • Choose Your Energy Plan: Select a suitable energy plan for your new home or business.

Moving Out?

When you’re leaving a property, there are important steps to take to ensure your energy account is closed correctly and final payments are made:

  • Give Us Advanced Notice: Notify us at least 48 hours before moving out to ensure we have enough time to close your account properly.
  • Record Final Meter Readings: Provide your final meter readings to avoid incorrect billing.
  • Check for Overdue Payments: Ensure that your final bill has been paid in full to avoid future charges.
  • Request a Final Bill: Ask us for a breakdown of your final bill, including any adjustments or refunds.
